PerfectMile is an Amazon tool with 40K internal users. It is designed to track metrics across operations and facilitate business reviews. I led the end-to-end redesign of this product as the first designer on the team.

Problem
The original PerfectMile tool had changed little since its launch 5 years prior. Operators did not know how to access most its data, because it had unintuitive filters and wasn’t optimized for the customers.
